NOTICE

- Depending on the monitor environment, the color and image of the product may differ.
- Because of the nature of the knitwear, lint may be caused by friction after wearing it and a slight sag may occur. Please understand that this is not a defect and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- All designs and images of MISU A BARBE are protected under copyright law and subject to legal penalties for theft.
- Some products are made on order and may take 2–7 days.

SHIPPING

- Delivery Area: Worldwide
- Shipping company: DHL
- Shipping cost: Free shipping for $300 or more
- Delivery period: Average of 5–10 days in business days
- Note: Your orders will be shipped the day after the order. (Delivery may be delayed or out of stock depending on the inventory.)
- Some ordered or reserved products may incur additional delivery days in addition to the default delivery date.

EXCHANGE / REFUNDS

- You can apply for an exchange/return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- Exchange/return is not possible if the wear/use of the product is confirmed.
- Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company once the returned item has arrived and passes our inspection.
- All shipping fees for back and forth, additional expenses occurred by the exchange/return by a simple change of mind will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Once the return has been received and accepted by our staff, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.

- If you want AS, please contact CS CENTER.
- Free AS is available for products within one year from the date of purchase, and all shipping fees for back and forth will be charged.

DUTIES & TAXES

- The price of the product does not include taxes such as tariffs or additional taxes. If the price of the product you are purchasing exceeds the duty-free standard of your country, you may be charged tariffs or additional taxes.
* Any additional charges (including taxes & duties) incurred at the destination would be your responsibility and will be notified via DHL.
* We do not take responsibility for the packages that are returned due to customs failure or refusal to pay duties. Please kindly note that all related fees such as return shipping fee and duties & tax will be entitled to be deducted from your return value.
